The Design Process
e-Topia is devoted to working with you every step of the way to complete your Website. We offer free consultation which allows us to discuss getting your Website on the Web. The information you provide about your organization will give us a better understanding of your needs and expectations. Together, we can develop a plan that will attract customers to your site provide them with information about you, your business, or organization.
Web Consultation: Your personalized consultation is an in-depth review of the overall plan, strategy, and intent of your Website. We will examine all aspects of your Web presence, including graphics, page outline, and marketing efforts to ensure that the image you're looking to get across reaches your audience successfully. We will also make recommendations to help you move forward.
Following the Consultation:
- A contract will be provided for approval prior to any work being initiated.
- A down payment of 50% is due in advance.
- Balance due upon completion of site.
- Site will be launched after final approval and payment.
We try to complete most standard sites within 2 weeks. However, this is dependent upon client cooperation, and how complicated the project might be. You will be notified if your project will take longer than two weeks. Some Premium Websites may take longer.
